Burrier Plumbing and Spas has been family owned and operated in Waverly, Iowa for over 20 years.
At Burriers, the customer is always our number one priority. If you have a problem after hours, we have a 24-hour on call service and can get the issue resolved.

Our Staff
Bill Wedeking
Bill is one of the owners of Burriers. Bill and Ryan purchased the company in 2008. Bill has worked in the plumbing and HVAC field for 42 years. He is a Master HVAC and plumber. Bill is married and has 2 children, 3 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
Ryan McKinney
Ryan is one of the owners of Burriers. Ryan and Bill purchased the company in 2008. Ryan is a Journeyman heating, cooling, and plumber. He has worked in the plumbing and heating field for 16 years. Ryan is also the spas salesman and service technician specialist for the company. Ryan is married and has 2 children.
Josh Geer
Josh started with Burriers in April 2018. He has 2 years experience in the field and is currently working to complete the apprenticeship program for his Journeyman License.
Dean Bellinger
Dean started with Burriers in 2008 and has 15 years experience in the plumbing field.
Connie Franzen
Connie is Burrier’s office manager. She is in charge of scheduling service work and does all billing and parts ordering. Connie has worked in the industry for 30 years, and been with Burriers since August 2002.
Sandy Stuber
Sandy works part-time in the office and helps with general office duties. Sandy has been with Burriers since August 2016.
